Michael C. Fina launches program targeting younger employees

Connecting with Generation X and Millennial employees is an ongoing challenge as corporate leaders try to understand both groups' goals and inner motivations while on the job. Given this problem, Michael C. Fina, a New York-based global provider of recognition solutions recently announced the release of Early Engagement, a new program that aims to help companies attract, motivate and retain cross generational workers and "next generation" employees.

"Early Engagement developed from a blend of our ongoing research of employee retention, turnover and on boarding, and our customers' specific pain points around motivating and retaining the Millennial and Gen X workforce," says Jeffrey Fina, vice president of Michael C. Fina. "Our solution isn't to simply survey employees about their happiness on the job. It's grounded in helping our customers develop long-term relationships with their workers, through strategic, meaningful and ongoing communication touch points."

Part of Michael C. Fina's suite of One Source Total Recognition products, Early Engagement is a multi-touch platform system of bi-directional electronic correspondence with employees and managers, branded merchandise awards and multimedia communication tools. The Early Engagement program helps companies address nine key areas including the need for employees to believe in the company’s mission, vision and values; workers' understanding of corporate strategy; strong manager/employee relationships; definition of employee goals and expectations; methods for building cohesive coworker relationships; learning opportunities; recognition of employee value; the reinforcement of performance reviews and the creation of a real sense of value.
